This song is the title track for my upcoming new record called "Shelby Park." The story behind this one is that it's about a wonderful first date. After love has let you down, it's not easy to get back out there. You want to feel hopeful, but you also don't want to get your hopes up. On this first date in Shelby Park in East Nashville, I felt the spark, the hope, the love. The chorus says:

In Shelby Park, we walk till it's almost dark, I don't now you, but I know I don't want it to end. I thought I'd run out of chances, but the way my heartbeat dances when you hold my hand. I never want it to end.
