Catching and cooking lake trout. Showing you how we clean and cook our catch whole. Sharing our adventures north for our last trip of the season.

Lake Trout Recipe:
-removed gills, organs and cleaned whole trout
-lightly oiled on outside
-salt and pepper
-garlic oil on the inside with favourite spices
-stuffed with onion, lemons, cilantro
-BBQ or oven on medium heat
-7-8 minutes both sides (depending on size of fish)

-if you like a little spice you can also add some old bay, hot sauce, cayenne - whatever you want!!
