Megan Holubiak, AIA heads our Interiors Studio and exemplifies leadership by fostering an environment where people can thrive and flex their creativity. She has been an integral part of the design team for several projects including new construction, renovations, furniture specs and much more.

Beau Baker leads our Government Studio by example through hard work, positive communication and innovation. He has worked in all facets of the industry with a focus on multi-mission laboratories that prioritize national security. He is passionate about public spaces, sustainability, and ultra-running.Through his experience and positive leadership style Beau is an integral player in the firm’s growth and success.

Juan Dorado, AIA NCARB has worked in architecture since 2008 with projects throughout the Southeast including New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Nevada. He co-leads the DPS Education Studio with open communication, collaboration, and creativity. Through stellar team building and his “lead by example” leadership style, Juan is at the forefront of bringing the firm’s initiatives to the next level.

Darren H. leads the Healthcare Studio at DPS with enthusiasm and rigor. He has experience with a wide range of healthcare project types, including full-service hospitals, operating rooms, imaging, behavioral, and outpatient clinics. His passion for design and working with people will continue to be a driving force for the firm’s bright future.
