Just because you model in N Scale doesn't mean that you cannot have a highly detailed model of a vehicle! In part 1 of this 3 part series I show you how I made a highly detailed Chevy Van from GHQ's N Scale White Metal kit.

I always feel that with N Scale there is always more than what meets the eye - both literally and figuratively! And nothing makes it truer than GHQ's White Metal N Scale vehicle kits. If you take your time and look closer it's surprising how much detail is packed in these tiny metal kits.

Their Chevy Van kit looks like the easiest to build however, don't make the simplicity of the model fool you - there is a lot of opportunity to achieve some realistic details in this model with the easy to follow techniques with materials that are within the grasp of any average model builder.
