La cohorte de biomarqueurs de vieillissement et de démence (BIOVIE) se concentre sur le diagnostic avancé de la démence, incluant la démence préclinique. Nous étudions les marqueurs de la démence et leur progression depuis les stages pré-symptomatiques jusqu’au début de la maladie d’Alzheimer, ou d’autre démence. La cohorte BioVie a pour but d’évaluer l’apparition et la progression de biomarqueurs fluides et d’imagerie dans plusieurs populations cliniques. Ceci sert comme base pour étudier de nouveaux marqueurs de la démence.

The Translational Biomarkers in Aging and Dementia (TRIAD) cohort focuses on advanced personalized and preclinical dementia diagnosis. We study dementia markers and their progression from pre-symptomatic stages to the onset of the Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia. The TRIAD cohort assesses the trajectory of multiple imaging and fluid biomarkers in clinical populations and serves as a benchmark for testing novel biomarkers of dementia.
