🍅🧀 I Made the Viral TikTok Feta Pasta – So Easy and So Good! 😋

Today I made the TikTok viral feta pasta again for dinner because my family absolutely loved it and requested for me to make it again the next week and let me tell you, it definitely lived up to the hype even the 2nd time! This was one of the easiest dinners I’ve made for our big crew, and it turned out so creamy, flavorful, and delicious. The feta melts perfectly into the roasted tomatoes and garlic to create the creamiest sauce without needing anything fancy. I had no leftovers at all, and they scraped the cast iron pan clean both times. They even asked if I could put some aside for them to take to lunch but there was nothing left to put aside for them

Here’s how I made it:

📝 Feta Pasta Recipe (TikTok Viral Style) & (Mama Bell Style)
Ingredients:

5 lbs of cooked chcken
1 large container of crumbled feta cheese
4 blocks of cream cheese
2 pints cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp of garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsps. Italian seasoning
1 box of cooked bowtie noodles
Parmesan shredded cheese
Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350-400 degrees

In a baking dish, add cherry tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. The place cream cheese throughout pan then feta cheese.

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the cheese is golden and melty.

While that bakes, cook your pasta and cooked chicken (cooked in butter, garlic, Italian seasoning)

Once the feta and tomatoes are done, mash everything together right in the dish until it forms a creamy sauce.

Add the cooked pasta and chicken then stir until combined. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

Top with fresh basil and enjoy!

✅ This recipe was crazy simple, came together in under 45 minutes, and tasted like something from a fancy restaurant. Definitely adding it to our regular dinner rotation!
