Ingredients for Apples
Apples (mixed or bramley) -5-6
Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Topping
GF Plain Flour - 75g
GF Oats - 75g
Brown Sugar - 100g
Unsalted Butter - 100g
Cinnamon -1/4 tsp
Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
2. Peel, core and cut apples into small pieces.
3. Add apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice in a pan. Simmer on medium flame for 5-7min until slightly soft.
4. Transfer to a baking dish and add milk.
5. In a bowl add GF flour, GF oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and mix.
6. Add in butter and rub together until breadcrumbs like texture forms.
7. Add in sugar and rub.
8. Add this mixture on top of apples in baking dish.
9. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 40-50min.
10. Serve with custard, ice cream or fresh cream.
