China has once again meddled in India's bilateral relations with its neighbours. The Xi Jinping administration ranted about the tiff between the Maldives and India. China said that it supports the Maldives in "safeguarding its territorial sovereignty." China's sovereignty lecture is over the presence of Indian troops in the Maldives. The statement comes as India has begun withdrawal from the South Asian archipelagic nation.
