Easy method to create Lower Thirds in OBS Studio 27 with Source Transistions

Using the new Source Transitions in OBS Studio 27, it is easy to create lower thirds without the need for third-party add-ons.
I previously used a dock that provides more control, but can be quiet finicky to use.

NOTE: Even though I applied the show/hide transitions to the group (to keep the video short and simple), you can selectively apply show/hide transitions to individual elements (color source, text1, and text2) to create complex in/out transitions.
