Imagine that your body is a circuit, if the wires aren’t connected properly electricity is gonna not flow... same thing goes for your body.

Welcome back to the channel and now let’s talk about water.

60% of our body is just water. And obviously if such a high amount of something is present in your body, it must have a important function.

That’s exactly right, water is used to any and every task in our body... all the way muscle repair, blood purification to your everyday poops. So it’s safe to say that’s it’s pretty important

Now this ties back to that whole body circuit metaphor at the start of the video.

On top of all of these tasks, water is also used to create, move and store nutrients, hormones and everything that’s needed for muscle growth.

Now try to imagine water as the wires of your body circuit... if you don’t maintain the right amounts and if it’s not replaced at the right times... chances are your body is gonna perform as well.

Now I would recommend taking around 4 liters or some where around 1 gallon per day. That should be more than enough for an average person but for anyone who works out a lot... try to have a bit more... maybe 5 litres
