LV Monsters - Failed Cards and Mechanics in YuGiOh

level monsters are a series of cards, which level up into stronger versions of themselves, by accomplishing some kind of task in order to gain their level up, similar to playing an RPG game. However, most of the level up task required were a little bit too slow, and their effects werent strong enough, for them to see any kind of widespread success.
