Annotations:

"[...] and steal my heart away" - As in the expression that describes being captivated.

"The town lights up in the colors of the rainbow" - Literally it says "the seven colors", which is an expression used to refer to the seven prismatic colors, or the colors of the rainbow.

"Through both trembling wounded hands - the wet paint conceals and mixes" - This part was difficult to understand, meaning wise. Please keep in mind that this line might be a bit of an interpretation.

"Blindness - its sound argument" - A simpler translation would be "The sound argument of blindness", but I had to "chop" it up because of the order Kyo sings the lyrics in.
