Is this a Clever Move by KEA?

We are in the middle of Round 2 counseling for medical admission in India (of course, let us leave aside Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). Now, KEA has done something different compared to many other states; they have released Round 2 results one day ahead of MCC all India counseling Round 2 results.
