Deyvat Rodion S3 doesn't give her stacks. She gets 3 courier every turn normally, so you can delay reaching 30 by spamming her S3 when you exchange the skill in the shop. I was trying to do this a week ago but there was a bug that crashed the game. Didn't really use her defensive skill at all but it doesn't matter when it does this much damage.
