Understanding your fertility hormones | Mira Q&A, Giveaway Announcement

Описание к видео Understanding your fertility hormones | Mira Q&A, Giveaway Announcement

Here’s one way to reduce your anxiety while trying to conceive or going through IVF - know where your hormones are.

Whether you’re trying to pinpoint your exact ovulation date or preparing your body for IVF treatments, tracking fertility hormones is so important for anyone on their fertility journey. Mira will help you ease your nerves because you’ll know where your estrogen, progesterone, FSH and LH hormones are exactly, and whether they’re in normal ranges or not.

Understanding your hormone levels can give you valuable insights into your reproductive health and optimize your chances of getting pregnant. In this video, I dive deep into a Q&A session about the Mira Hormone Monitor, a device that I’ve been using for a couple of months now that allows you to track your fertility hormones at home with ease and accuracy. I also announce the Mira Hormone Monitor giveaway winner at the end of the video so watch til the end 🙂

I've received so many great questions about Mira, and I'll be answering the most popular ones in this video. The ones I didn’t have time to get to - no worries, I’ll respond directly to your comments in the following week. From the Mira app to the ease of using the Mira device, we’ll cover it all today. I love my mini hormone lab and how it’s helped me understand my fertility health better… it’s become part of my daily routine to test, and just knowing my hormone levels has given me some reassurance that I’m not going into perimenopause yet. If you're curious about Mira or thinking about using it yourself, this video will be helpful!

About me ❤

My name is Hellynn and live in the US, but I've traveled to Korea (where I'm from) to undergo multiple rounds of IVF. Being 40+ and trying to bring children into the world is hard, but I also have a condition called diminished ovarian reserve, so I've done back-to-back IVF egg retrievals and now have moved onto transfers after banking some embryos.

Navigating this world of infertility is definitely a challenge - a million new acronyms, hormones and protocols to learn - it's a lot. So I thought I'd just talk about everything I've been learning for the women out there who have had similar struggles. I'm also happy to share info with anyone who is interested in traveling to Korea for IVF, since it's much more cost efficient + high success rates here.

I am treating this channel as my diary, talking about the ups and downs of my journey to motherhood so that one day, hopefully, my babies will see how they were created... with fierce, enduring strength and love.

I hope you find my videos helpful - thanks for stopping by.
