N. C. WYETH

When I first included N. C. Wyeth in the unsung heroes series there were a few American viewers who wanted me tarred and feathered for treating such a major figure with apparent disdain. Of course that was never my intention, and in my defence they ignored the fact that this channel is being watched by people from other countries, where Wyeth and so many others are far from well known. But he does deserve a video all to himself so here it is. I stress that this is not intended to be a complete record of Wyeth's output, and I have deliberately focussed on his book illustration rather than his art.
