Are MORE Bearings in a Baitcaster...BETTER? (You May be SURPRISED!)

Does adding more bearings to a baitcaster automatically make it better? I know some folks have a misconception about what bearings do and how they affect the overall performance of a reel. I'll discuss which bearings are necessary in a baitcaster, how the more expensive reels compare to cheaper reels, and finally what the pros and cons are to having more or less bearings in a baitcaster.
