Paneer Tikka in any form is a wonderful treat for the tastebuds. On popular demand, have also created Tortillas from scratch. So that should help you create various mexican stuffings too; and not limit yourselves to only Paneer Tikka.

Ingredients :
2 tbs Thick Curd (Dahi)
2 tbs + 4 tsp Oil
2 tsp Roasted Gram Flour (Bhuna hua besan)
1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
1 small piece of finely chopped Ginger
3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
Salt as per taste
1/2 Lemon Juice
2 tsp Kasuri Methi
200 gm Paneer, cut into thick strips
1 cup Plain Flour (Maida)
1/2 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka atta)
1/2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds (Kale Til)
Water (to knead dough)
Bell Peppers, cut into slices
1 Onion cut into slices
Green Chutney
Mayonnaise
Salad Leaves
Some sliced Tomatoes

Method :
To Marinate Paneer:-
Take 2 tbs Thick Curd (Dahi) in a mixing bowl
Add 1 tbs Oil
Add 2 tsp Roasted Gram Flour (Bhuna hua besan)
Mix it well and add below spices
1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
Add a small piece of finely chopped Ginger
Add 3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
(Alternatively ginger-garlic paste can be used)
Add Salt as per taste
Add 1/2 Lemon Juice
Add 2 tsp Kasuri Methi and mix everything well
Marinate 200 gm Paneer, cut into thick strips

To Make Tortillas:-
Take a mixing bowl, add 1 cup Plain Flour (Maida)
Add 1/2 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka atta)
Add 1/2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds (Kale Til)
Salt as per taste
Add 1 tbs Oil
Add Water as required and knead a soft dough
Apply some oil and rest the dough for 15 min
Further roll out few balls from the dough prepared
Dip into dry flour and flatten with the help of rolling pin
(should be thicker than the usual roti size)
Now heat the pan, place roti and drizzle some oil
Roast until it's slightly golden-brown from both sides

To Fry Vegetables:-
Heat 2 tsp Oil in pan
Saute Bell Peppers, cut into slices and transfer in a plate
Saute 1 Onion, cut into slices and transfer in a plate
Add 2 tsp Oil in the same pan
Fry marinated paneer in it

To Assemble Paneer Wrap:-
Take a roti, spread some Green Chutney & Mayonnaise on it
Add Salad Leaves, fried Paneer, Bell Peppers, Onions & some sliced Tomatoes
Sprinkle Chaat Masala
Fold this wrap and cover with the help of toothpick
(Make more wraps with the same procedure)
Rost it on pan for a minute and serve hot
