Hi everyone and welcome to my channel! Today's recipe is Tindora Fry Recipe |Tendli Masala Fry Recipe |Kovaikkai Fry |Ivy Gourd Vegetable |Kundru ki sabzi which is so fast and easy to prepare and tastes divine with dal rice or just plain chapati. This tindora fry has the right amount of spices and sourness which gives it such an amazing flavour.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 small onion (finely chopped)
150g of tendli / tindora / ivy gourd (remove both the ends and cut into quarters lengthwise so that it forms long strips)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp lemon juice
chopped dhaniya patta or coriander leaves to garnish
