13th/12th gen Intel processors do NOT have latency issues and Youtube tech stars are wrong and dumb

As if some kind of tiny latency increases on the mobo/cpu would cause the massive hitching seen in these videos. It's hilarious and sad how all these youtube tech stars have no clue about system architecture. This video was done on a highly optimized Windows 10 machine AND I have processor Idle states disabled for max heat and lowest latency.

The commonality with all these videos proclaiming 12 and 13th gen are trash is they are all running Windows 11 and have very recent video cards. Draw your own conclusions or better yet, I can tell you directly that Intel has issues with 11 and these processors... and latest gen nvidias have DPC latency problems and worse desktop acceleration than my own 1080. It's likely driver/core scheduling related but this gets too far into data I do not have access to.

Bottom line, 11 is non-good.
