Women who are 21 years of age or older, born before September 15, 2002, are eligible to apply.
The family income should be below Rs 2.5 lakh per annum.
Families owning more than 5 acres of wetland or 10 acres of dry land are not eligible.
The annual household electricity consumption should not exceed 3600 units.
Government employees and individuals already benefiting from other social protection schemes, such as old age pension, widow pension, and non-organized labor welfare pension, are ineligible. However, exceptions are made for families with members who have severe disabilities, certifying their eligibility for the scheme.
