Recipe :

Roti Cutlets
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:
4 roti
1 large boiled potato
½ cup grated carrot
¼ cup green peas
1 tbsp Chopped coriander
1 tsp Chat masala
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup flour to make slurry
Ketchup to serve

Method:
Crumb the roti in a mixer. add all the other ingredients. shape into cutlets.
mix the flour with 1 cup water to make a thin batter. dip the cutlets in batter, roll in breadcrumbs and rest for 5 minutes. fry in medium hot oil till golden and crisp. Serve.

Roti Noodles
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:
5 roti
½ cup carrot juliennes
½ cup shredded cabbage
½ capsicum juliennes
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Ketchup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped green chilies
2 tbsp oil

Method:
Finely slice the rotis. heat oil in a large pan. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies and saute till golden. Add all the shredded vegetables. saute for 2 minutes. add all the sauces, roti noodles, and toss for 2-3 minutes. serve hot.

Roti Pakoda
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:
2 roti
1 cup besan
2 boiled potatoes
1 tsp Chopped green chilies
1 tbsp Chopped coriander
1 Chili flakes
½ tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Jeera
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
¼ tsp Baking soda

Method:
Mix together the mashed potatoes, chopped coriander, green chilies, chili flakes, salt to taste. Spread the mixture over 2 rotis. Cut the rotis into 8 wedges each. make a thin batter of the besan, ajwain, turmeric powder, salt, baking powder, chopped ginger, coriander leaves. Dip the roti wedges in the batter and fry in medium hot oil till crisp. Serve hot.
