INTRODUCTION
Within the EU a Part 21 Subpart G (POA) may be issued from the Regulator of the state of the operator. (Unlike Part 21 Subpart J which is always obtained directly from EASA). This course provides in detail a full regulatory understanding of obligations related to EASA / GCAA in detail the requirements of (Part 21), Subpart G (Production Organisation Approval), and Subpart F(Production without Production Organisation Approval), Consideration is also provided related to the Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM).
