We know that to improve your training, you have to train. But don't overlook your cool down post workout.

Cool down is important for many reasons such as it allows the body to gradually return to its resting/normal state, it cools your body temperature, it prevents fainting or dizziness, it reduces muscle soreness and stiffness.

I had so many requests for a full body cool down - sorry it took so long but here it is!
