Omakase Dinner at Zuma Las Vegas in the Cosmopolitan Hotel for our Anniversary

We celebrate our 6th anniversary with a Japanese Omakase dinner at the fancy and upscale Zuma Las Vegas. Over a dozen courses that blew our minds!

The dinner was well coursed, starting with sashimi, tempura Brussels, and tempura soft shell crab. It then moved into the sushi course with three additional sashimi dishes and a spicy salmon dish that came with rice crackers. Once the starters and cold items were finished, we moved into the items grilled over the Binchotan coal straight from Japan! We enjoyed grilled asparagus, scallop, miso glazed cod, and filet mignon -- that we did not film before devouring within minutes! We were really hoping lobster would come with, but we were wrong. So we ordered it a la carte anyway!

Monica enjoyed their specialty cocktails while I enjoyed their crafted mocktails, yum!

I've worked as a Restaurant Manager for almost a decade and have worked the past 5 years in Japanese Restaurants. I love making food/restaurant videos and will continue to do so despite no indoor dining! No problem, we'll do our videos outdoor!
