This assembly is composed of a Motorized X-Y Linear Positioning Stage,
mounted inside a Vacuum Chamber, which is mounted atop a Vibration Isolation Table.

It also features an Anorad Controller, some Cabling, and a Physik Instrument typ E507.00 HVPZT-Amplifier, connecting to some sensors on the stage.

Overall, system appears in nice condition, showing some usual signs of wear.
Stage slides smoothly by hand, we have no way of testing it.

The Anorad controller does power up, and the fan does come on, power lights illuminate.

The top axis of the stage provides approximately 9-1/4 inches of travel,
and the bottom axis of the stage provides approximately 19-3/4" of travel.

Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 71"L x 47"W x 54"H.
