9000 Volt Plasma Tornado Made by Electricity

If fire tornadoes are a true phenomenon, can high voltage plasma be forced into a vortex of its own? I wasn't sure of the answer before filming this video, but feel I have a pretty solid idea afterwards. This video will be followed up with additional experiments!
