The warning are there on $100M Club and the their brokers.
Reason being they have to because the law requires it.

There are always loopholes around this type of industry.
That's why the CFTC has to regulate monies going in and out the country.

$100M Club may not be a scam per say.

However I would NEVER trust a broker that is not regulated and also if a program is recommending an unregulated broker, that should speak volumes.

Even though there may be some that are not regulated as work they need to be heading that way.
