This is the second in a video series making easy and delicious dips to bring to parties and potlucks.
This delicious creamy artichoke dip is super quick and easy to whip up in my 3.5 cup food processor.

4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 TB mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, rough chopped
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp salt, more or less to taste
¼ tsp black pepper, more or less to taste
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained well

Suggested Dippers: pita chips, crostini, veggies, tortilla chips, etc…
Also delicious as a sandwich spread in lieu of plain mayo!

1. Add everything except artichoke hearts to your food processor. Pulse until combined.
2. Add drained artichoke hearts and pulse until as smooth or chunky as you like, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
