XJR1300- How to install exhaust end cap conversion

A guide to removing the old baffles from the XJR mufflers and installing 42mm end caps. These can be bought on Ebay and some aftermarket websites. I recommend buying a new heavy duty 5mm drill bit for this job. Aluminum rivets are easy to put in- Stainless are tough and only use if you have a heavy duty rivet gun. Note this was done on a 2003 model. The models from 2004 on wards have a weld at the back of the baffle so requires a specialized drill bit to remove.
