Hair loss (baal girna) is a common problem these days, affecting both men and women, although it is more prevalent among men. It is normal to lose around 50 to 100 hair strands each day, but hair loss above that isn’t normal. Hair loss is common in people of every race, age, and gender.

There are some common causes of excessive hair fall (baal kyun girte hain) such as genetics, pregnancy, stress, sickness, hairstyling, heating, and hair coloring. Nutrition is also a very important factor in hair loss. Diet consisted largely of junk food, processed food, and oily food and is deficient in vitamins and minerals, which can cause hair fall (baal kyun girte hain).

Some medical conditions can also cause excessive hair fall (baal kyun girte hain) like alopecia which is a condition that causes hair to fall out in small patches. Also alopecia Universal is a condition that can result in total hair loss. There’s currently no cure for alopecia areata. However, there are treatments that can prevent future hair loss.
