Dorian has progressed to learning about saddles. Yes she is very young and NO WHERE ready growth wise to be ridden, and for reals I am WAY too heavy for her! I firmly believe with a very lightweight saddle ( this saddle only weighs like 5#) there's absolutely nothing wrong with introducing the feel and sounds of a saddle. Also, it is easier when they're little and not as strong or opinionated as an older horse.
