Lets Make Delhi’s Famous Chole Kulche


I have made these chole in @stahl express cooker and literally these were sooo delicious and cooked perfectly

So sharing the full Recipe…try it at home & Enjoy😊

Ingredients
For Matar
250gm White Matar(White Vatana)
Water as Required
Salt to Taste

For Green Chutney
2 cups Fresh Coriander
1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
Salt to Taste
3-4 Green Chilli
2-3 inch Ginger
Water as Required

For Tamarind Water
1/4 cup Tamarind
Hot Water as Required

For Masala
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Chopped Tomato
Fresh Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Yellow Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp chaat Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
Lemon Juice

For Tadka
2 tbsp Butter
Some Sliced Onion & Tomatoes
Fresh Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

For Kulcha
Readymade Kulcha
Butter for Toasting
Some Fresh Coriander Leaves

Assembly
Boiled Matar
Add Prepared Masala
Green Chutney
Tamarind Water(i soaked the tamarind in hot water for 30 minutes and then mash it)
Mix
Prepare Tadka and Mix With Matar
Toast Kulcha

You Can Adjust the Flavors of tamarind, spices, green chutney as per your preference)

Serve Hot & Enjoy
