Luring is the key to this challenge, if not then luck.I provide a realistic simulation on how to complete this challenge with both speed and no damage taken.

Played on PC with mouse and keyboard.

Final Time: 50.16 seconds.

Smash Landing - Smash through a glass ceiling onto a henchman below to take him down.

Hang Time - Perform an Inverted Takedown from a vantage point (upgrade required).

Break Your Fall - Drop down on top of a henchman and then knock him out on the ground.

Run to the edge of the platform and grapple up onto the left gargoyle on top of a henchman. Usually the henchman should be already walking so after on top of the gargoyle, jump down on the henchman to achieve "Break Your Fall".

Then grapple up onto the gargoyle in front, on top of you and prepare a sonic batarang. Turn on detective mode and two henchman should be coming via the room in the middle. Wait until the second henchman is under the glass which is possible to perform a glass takedown and throw the sonic batarang near the first henchman to take him out.

The second henchman will stop moving for a few seconds so in that time glide down on top of the glass on top of the henchman and perform the takedown to get "Smash Landing". Quickly turn around and grapple back up onto the gargoyle you were sitting on before you threw the batarang.

Now just wait until the remaining henchman come up to check the bodies. The henchman left of you is the target, once his comes under your gargoyle perform the Inverted Takedown to get "Hang Time". Then takedown the remaining henchman however way you wish.

Sometimes when you first start the challenge and grapple up to the left on top of the henchman, he may not already start walking so you may have to wait a bit until he does. It is very hard to turn around once you just complete "Smash Landing" so timing is crucial there so that the henchman coming up the stairs does not see you as you grapple up on top.
