As many of you know, our Keller Williams Coral Springs team meeting is EVERY WEEK on Wednesday at 11am. It is in person, in our market center in Coral Springs, located at the corner of University and Sample.

The meetings are always well attended with upwards of 40 to 50 agents who break up their week coming to the meetings, chatting it up with colleagues, learning the latest real estate, mortgage, and title information, sharing success stories and challenges, and collaborating to help one another get even more productive.

As the market begins to shift away from the frenzy started by the pandemic, we have been noticing that listings are staying on the market a bit longer, and that a full array of services is becoming more common. We are back to holding open houses weekly, brokers opens, and utilizing all means necessary to drive traffic. In an effort to ensure that our listings are garnering the reach needed, we are beginning to showcase listings at our team meetings and as a courtesy, are inviting agents from other brokerages to present their listings during our weekly team meeting.

Keller Williams Coral Springs genuinely wants to help our fellow agents, and fellow agents extend beyond the walls of Keller Williams. This video has been sent out to our current roster of 260 agents, but also to select agents at other brokerages who we have done deals with and hope to be in business with now or in the future. We hope that you’ll take this opportunity to showcase your listings at our firm so that we can focus our efforts to help you sell the properties.

We really believe in agents helping agents and there is no reason that it shouldn’t extend to those we do deals with daily. We are always trying to create value and certainly think that the sharing of information will only increase our chances of putting successful deals together.
