It’s packed with flavor, healthy greens, and the perfect dish for an elegant, plant-based meal. It’s perfect for dipping, salad dressings, and even as a soup if you add more water! Customize it as you love! Whether you’re new to raw vegan or a pro, this easy hummus recipe will be your new favorite!

How to Make Green Hummus

Ingredients:
・1 cup of dried chickpeas (soak for 8 hours)
・2 tablespoons lemon juice
・Salt
・Dried basil (optional, to sprinkle on top later)
・Pepper (optional)
・Your favorite greens (In this recipe, I got kale, spinach, lettuce and parsley)
・Water to cover the chickpeas in the blender.

Rinse the soaked chickpeas.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
