Hema Committee Report : റിപ്പോർട്ട് പുറത്തുവിടുരുതെന്ന് ഹേമ കമ്മീഷൻ തന്നെ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതിന് തെളിവ്. ലൈംഗീക അതിക്രമങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പടെ സിനിമാമേഖലയിലെ സ്ത്രീകളുടെ നിരവധി വെളിപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടെന്നും അതീവ രഹസ്യമായി സൂക്ഷിക്കണമെന്നും ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് അന്നത്തെ സാംസ്‌കാരിക വകുപ്പ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ സെക്രട്ടറി റാണി ജോർജിനാണ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് ഹേമ കത്ത് അയച്ചത്. സുപ്രീംകോടതിയുടെ വിധിന്യായങ്ങൾ അടക്കം ചൂണ്ടി കാട്ടിയായിരുന്നു നിർദ്ദേശം.

The Hema Commission's request for the report to be withheld is supported by evidence. The report contains numerous revelations from women in the film industry, including incidents of sexual misconduct, and it was requested to be kept highly confidential. This request was made by the then Principal Secretary of the Cultural Department, Rani George, in a letter addressed to Justice Hema. The recommendation was made citing Supreme Court rulings and other relevant judgments.
