The U.Dance National Festival is a celebration of youth dance presented by One Dance UK. Groups from around the country perform on professional stages, take part in workshops with leading dance professionals, and are offered inspiring dance careers information.

This U.Dance National Showcase performance was part of the U.Dance National Festival 2022, presented at Midlands Arts Centre, Birmingham. Around 1000 young people took part in the U.Dance National Festival, on stage, on screen and online.
