Welcome to the channel! If you're new here, I’m Riya, and joining me today is my younger brother Ritwik for a fun and candid Ask Me Anything (AMA) session.

A little about us:
We grew up in a lower-middle-class family in Ranchi.

I studied Electronics & Communication Engineering at NIT Jamshedpur, worked at Tata Steel as a management trainee and later as a manager, and then completed my MBA from IIM Bangalore in 2024. I now work in Consulting and run this channel Riyalizations to help students with CAT prep, share B-school insights, and document my journey.

Ritwik, on the other hand, studied Computer Science Engineering from LNCT, Bhopal, worked at Oracle as an Associate Consultant, and left his job in July 2024 to prepare for the CAT. He cracked it big time — with admits from IIM B, C, K, L, I, SPJIMR, and more! He's now headed to IIM Bangalore.
