Democratic officials say President elect Barack Obama will nominate his former rival to head up the State Department.
People familiar with the situation say Hillary Clinton will be named to Obama's national security team during a news conference Monday in Chicago.

but some say Bill Clinton's business dealings and charitable endeavours may have posed a few challenges.
So the former president has made a few concessions to clear the way for his wife's nomination.
He's agreed to disclose the names of every contributor to the Clinton Global Initiative...
He'll also refuse donations from foreign governments and stop holding C-G-I meetings overseas.
