St Patricks Day Deflected Doubleweave Towels

Deflect double weave is a weave structure where there are two layers woven at the same time but unlike regular double weave the threads of the two layers are interlaced which results in the two sides of the fabric having the opposite designs. Since this is March I decided to weave some towels using a couple different greens I have in my stash left over from another project. This project is threaded on 8 shafts and creates dark and light green stripes that switch direction in the middle of the warp and at specific changes of treadling.
