 What is Knee pain Osteoarthritis?
The most prevalent type of arthritis, osteoarthritis, has an impact on a multitude of individuals globally. It happens when the supportive cartilage that supports the edges of the bones gradually begins to decline. Wear-and-tear arthritic conditions are also known as osteoarthritis. At young age it is known as Osgood Schlatter Disease.

 Causes of Knee pain Osteoarthritis?

• Overuse of the knee
• Excessive running
• Tibial tuberosity

 Symptoms?

• Pain on exertion
• Loss of flexibility
• Pain during running
• Pain during use of stairs
• Pain while standing up
• Swelling/ stiffness in knee

 Diagnosis?

• Clinical examination
• Examination of knee
• X-Ray (standing)
• MRI

 Treatment?
Your doctor will modify your medication based on the symptoms; Knee pain Osteoarthritis may typically be successfully managed according to the grades of the disease.
Grade 1 & 2 (Doubtful & Mild)
• Conservative measures
• Medication
• Physiotherapy
• Exercise
Grade 3 & 4 (Moderate & Severe)
• Intervention is needed
