The Hallstrom Planetarium is entering its 33rd season. This season, the Treasure Coast’s only planetarium is offering a new lineup of star-studded events designed to inspire curiosity throughout the community.

The planetarium is located on Indian River State College’s Massey Campus in Fort Pierce. It is one of just 19 in Florida -- providing visitors with an immersive journey using state-of-the-art projection and sound technology.

The Hallstrom Planetarium offers family-friendly programs to advanced workshops; the facility aims at bringing astronomy to life for learners of all ages.

If you would like to get a sneak peek at the upcoming Starlight Series lineup at the Planetarium, there is an Open House on Saturday Aug. 20 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. The open house is free of charge to attend.
