This time a short breakdown on Hiza Geri, or the knee kick.

There are many variations of the knee and also many setups, this is just an introduction to how to use it against three different targets, and some setups for those techniques.

This variation shown is a Kyokushin Karate technique but it works well well in other contexts like MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, general self-defence scenarios etc.
