Eps 2 (Pt. 1/2): Exploring & Quests | Can't Can't Wish on Limited Banners Until I Reach Fontaine

Rules/Exceptions: (I changed some of the rules)
I can go to any nation in any order (ex. go to Sumeru before Inazuma) as long as I get to Fontaine last (I have to unlock all of the wavepoints in Fontaine before I can wish, once again, only includes the ones visible on the map)
I don't have to unlock all of the domains, some of them are locked behind a puzzle/quest locked and I don't have the patience to unlock it, lol
I can wish on the Noelle/beginners banner and the standard banner, I did this cuz Abyss will eventually require 8 characters and cuz I jus wanna
I may use primos on the standard banner :)
Goals:
Do at least 2 story quests
Start a part of the Archon Quest
Get to at least ar 17
Unlock some wavepoints in Liyue
