Inspired by Oliver Sacks' book "The Island of the Colorblind", we embark on the journey of a lifetime in Pingelap (Federated States of Micronesia), to learn about the life of the locals affected by achromatopsia.

This wonderful documentary tells us about the beauties of the place, a protected corner of paradise that is in danger of disappearing.

Its greatest wealth is its inhabitants, those who still populate Pingelap and those who have had to leave.

The love and warmth of the Micronesian people welcomed us and it's easy to see why Pingelap/Pikelap is Home!
