On 1-2 October, the city of Bruges will host the Juice Summit 2025, the largest annual conference dedicated to the fruit juice sector. Organised by the European Fruit Juice Association (AIJN), the International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association (IFU), and Safe-Global-Fair (SGF), this gathering brings together top executives, producers, suppliers, retailers, and researchers to explore the challenges and innovations shaping the industry’s future.
Now in its twelfth edition, the Summit draws over 450 participants from more than 30 countries, making it a critical platform for dialogue.
This year’s programme includes keynote speeches, expert panels, and presentations that will address the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the sector. Participants will explore key topics including global market dynamics, the digital transformation of the industry through AI and smart technologies, and the ongoing journey toward a more sustainable and resilient fruit juice value chain, with the presentation of the AIJN sustainability strategy.
A highlight of the Summit is the speaker line-up, which includes high-profile leaders such as Hans Roelofs (CEO, Refresco), Franz Ennser (CEO, Austria Juice), Cindy van Rijswick (Global Strategist, RaboResearch), Nick Canney (CEO, Innocent) and many other industry experts.
