Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X | Typhoon | 2009 | PC

The first of two H.A.W.X games was developed by Ubisoft SRL and released by Game Factory Interactive Ltd. and Ubisoft Entertainment SA in 2009.
The gameplay is reminiscent of titles such as the Ace Combat series or Blazing Angels, featuring arcade-style aircraft behavior. Enemies are straightforward targets, and players have an ample supply of rockets, more than sufficient to decimate the enemy forces.
The storyline follows the standard Tom Clancy trope, providing a narrative that is adequate to place players in various scenarios, locations, and aircrafts. While it is somewhat believable, it is not particularly memorable.

Digital purchases are currently unavailable for PC and Xbox. Consequently, the game is often considered abandonware.
