Feeling particularly nostalgic on the occasion of its 20th anniversary, HAUTLENCE decided to revisit its past - but in an alternate timeline within the multiverse. In that world, HAUTLENCE is a watchmaker inspired by the most cutting-edge objects and designs of its time.

Among them is the General Television & Radio Corp. Chicago Model 5A5 radio broadcast receiver, which set the template for television sets of that era, with its segmenting of the screen and speaker as well as its dials and knobs. Perhaps its most striking feature is its Bakelite exterior, often in bright colors with a marbled effect.
