Tried out some steaks from Native American Beef. Cross rib steaks are usually on the tougher side, but surprisingly it was tender. Cooked it to medium doneness.

We also grilled some old fashion red franks. This was a first for me. I actually enjoyed it.

The knife I used is the Victorinox 8 inch breaking knife with the rosewood handle. The honing steel is from the same company.
